Dear CEM4Mobile user! We are pleased to introduce you to our new CEM4Mobile platform version 2.2. Thank you for all of you that have contributed to the release content with new development ideas!
Now you are able to analyze, for example, how actively (daily, weekly, monthly) your loyal customers are using your services compared to your new customers. Additionally, you can analyze the behavior of you mobile customers thru the segments created in Voice-of-Customer channel (i.e. what is the most loyal age group in your service). Here are the cross analysis areas that you can use for analysis:
Handsets
Operators
Countries
Referrers
User status
User activity
Voice-of-customer answers
Singlepage visits
Visit length
Operating system versions
Access points
In addition to new cross-analysis areas, there are also new grouping functions for the cross-analysis results:
Default view summarizing the cross-analysis points
Daily view, weekly view, and monthly view for suitable time grouping
Weekday view for analyzing which weekdays are creating best results for you mobile service
Are you interested to know how actively tablet users are using your web site compared to your mobile site or applications? Now you are able to collect the mobile traffic from your web sites in addition to your mobile services, and all your mobile intelligence is stored in one spot.
The Voice-of-Customer channel has experienced dramatic changes:
You are now able to target your surveys to a defined user group. For example, target the survey to a tablet user that is returning to your service.
Changes in the admin interface enables you to create your own mobile survey in matter of minutes thru the step-by-step process flow.
The end-user interface has been fine-tuned to offer slightly different variables based on the device model. For example, for usability purposes the iPhone users are receiving radio buttons instead of drop-down menus.
The selection of question types has been expanded: single-select, multi-select, free-text, e-mail (an automated email can be sent thru CEM4Mobile)
In addition, the CEM4Mobile survey module has been successfully used to trigger surveys in the selected customer processes. Would you like to send a survey to rate the customer care event that just took place in your service?
Now you can decide what chart variable you want to see in your reports. In selected charts there are links that enable you to select either Pageviews, Visits, or Visitors to your chart view. This feature can be found from the chart's left navigation.
There is a slight naming convention change in the top navigation of the portal. Now you can select either Site-Centric or Server-Centric analysis for your data. The differences being the following:
Site-Centric analysis is collected with the tagging integration. This includes browsing services, Browser based applications, and Native applications that are generating tag-like calls to CEM4Mobile
Server-Centric analysis is meant for Native Applications, where the data collection is based on the Transaction API between from you server to CEM4Mobile server
You are now able to export data from CEM4Mobile using our export API. This export API generates similar data that is available in the cross-analytics section in CEM4Mobile, including filters. Please let us know if you are interested on doing the integration to CEM4Mobile back-end and we will contact you regarding the integration instructions.
