Reports are produced by data mining from the CEM4Mobile Metrics data storage. The selected sample is set to all transactions collected from mobile services, and the report selection is fixed. Each report contains the total distribution of the subject matter (pie chart) and a trend line (line chart) in which the development is grouped by calendar weeks. The time span used for the total distribution is four weeks. The time span for the trend line can be selected to be 4, 8 or 24 weeks. Customer specific extracted data is stored so that they can be repeated weekly, monthly or quarterly. Market Metrics reports can also be used as complimentary with Service Insights reports so that Service Insights measurement results are compared to total market averages. This way Customers quickly get a basis of comparison for their own results and gain an understanding of weather the measured service performance is above or below the market median.
